• Large bunch of kale torn into pieces (exclude stems, freeze them for later use when making vegetable soup), rinse & drain
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic (not 3-4 heads of garlic!) sliced
  • 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Heat (med) oil in large pan, add sliced garlic.
  • When garlic looks like toast (brown in color), add kale, then close pan with lid
  • Turn off heat & allow to steam for 5 min
  • Lightly dress with lemon juice, sprinkle pinch of sea salt & serve
