- Large bunch of kale torn into pieces (exclude stems, freeze them for later use when making vegetable soup), rinse & drain
- 3-4 cloves of garlic (not 3-4 heads of garlic!) sliced
- 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 lemon
- Pinch of sea salt
- Heat (med) oil in large pan, add sliced garlic.
- When garlic looks like toast (brown in color), add kale, then close pan with lid
- Turn off heat & allow to steam for 5 min
- Lightly dress with lemon juice, sprinkle pinch of sea salt & serve
